"Babe, I'm not making you get up for anything right now. You stay right there and let me take care of you." He keeps wiping her down gently, making sure to clean her up fully before rolling her out of the wet spot. The bed is big enough for them to cuddle up away from it since he doesn't want to make Natasha move to change the sheets. "Thank you, babe. That was amazing. You're amazing. I'm the luckiest man in the world." He's always thought so. Natasha can have anyone, and she chose him, over and over again, and now they're going to seal their commitment.

"I'm so glad you wanna marry me. Like, I think about how lucky I am every single day. But we can talk more about that after. I know you're wiped, and you don't need to push yourself for me. Rest, and hopefully the air conditioner will be fixed when you wake up."

So many things decided in one day. There will be much to plan in the days ahead, so much planning. Natasha hardly knows how they'll go about it all. All she knows is that she can't wait. Hopefully the air will be fixed, or she'll be going into the office to make some very personal phone calls.

"You're the best thing that's ever happened to me, Clint. I am so lucky that you asked. I can't wait."

Rolling up next to him, she tucks herself into his body and nuzzles against his broad chest. He will always be the man she adores. It doesn't matter if it's hot right now, she has to be close.

"Same to you, Tasha. I never thought that you would say yes." He presses a soft kiss to her temple and then adds, "And cost is not an issue. I've recently come into some money, so please don't hesitate to get whatever you want."

He runs his fingers through her hair and holds her while they lie under the breeze from the fans. It's nice lying here together. Clint is so happy that he gets to have this every single day for the rest of his life.

The repair man does show up the next day, so when Natasha gets home, things are nice and cool.
